Dubai’s real estate market witnessed a historic deal with the sale of the most expensive apartment ever recorded in the Gulf region’s Business Bay area, fetching AED 550 million.
The apartment is located in the “Bugatti Residences” project developed by Bin Ghaith Real Estate. It spans an impressive 47,201.22 square feet, with a price of AED 11,652.24 per square foot.
Today’s real estate transactions totaled AED 3 billion, comprising 620 deals: 514 residential units, 71 buildings, and 35 plots of land.
