Meetha Shuaib, currently serving as Executive Director of Corporate Communications at Ducab Group, represents a distinguished and pioneering example of young Emirati leadership in management. The group has seen steady annual growth in the number of female employees. Our periodic reports show a rising trend, with female representation increasing by 39% over the past decade. Emirati women have consistently demonstrated their ability to handle specialized and challenging tasks once reserved exclusively for men.”

Shuaib’s career exemplifies how determination, state support, and corporate empowerment can enable Emirati women to break barriers and achieve leadership roles in traditionally male-dominated sectors.
