The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has announced a partnership with Signature Real Estate Development to launch W Residences, a new luxury residential project in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers area.
In collaboration with Marriott International, Signature Real Estate Development aims to redefine luxury living with this 32-story project featuring 200 exclusive apartments. Construction is scheduled to begin by the end of 2024, and the development is set to establish new benchmarks for luxury residential projects in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Residents will enjoy panoramic views of the Jumeirah Lakes Towers skyline, the lush greenery of the Montgomery Golf Club, Emirates Hills, and Dubai Meadows, along with a wide range of premium amenities.

This strategic partnership builds on previous successful collaborations between DMCC and Signature Real Estate Development, including the Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers Hotel and The Residences at Jumeirah Lakes Towers, both completed in 2019. The collaboration reflects the strong demand for luxury real estate in this vibrant and active area.
