Gold Prices in Dubai Drop 18 AED in 24 Hours

Gold prices in Dubai rebounded by 4.5 AED per gram on Tuesday morning after falling more than 22 AED per gram on Monday due to profit-taking, which led to a decline in global prices.

The 24-carat gold price dropped by about 18 AED per gram over the past 24 hours in Dubai amid global price fluctuations. According to Dubai Gold & Jewellery Group data, the 24K gold price opened at 525.75 AED per gram on Tuesday morning, up from 521.25 AED per gram at Monday’s market close.

Other gold types also saw increases: 22K at 486.75 AED, 21K at 466.75 AED, 18K at 400.0 AED, and 14K at 312.0 AED per gram.

Meanwhile, spot gold traded at $4,375.86 per ounce at 9:30 a.m. UAE time, up 1.1%, after hitting a two-week low late Monday, losing more than 4.5% in the previous session.
